The Sudimara lamps are of a considerably lower wattage than usually found in Solar Home Systems. The reason for this is that the lumen output of a 7 Watt lamp is not visibly lower than that of a 25 Watt lamp.

The Indonesian customers use the 1,5 W Lampu Lita's before the early morning prayers.At night the SHS's batteries run a TV and some lights in the living room  for a couple of hours only. 

Latest versions of SHS can optionally be equipped with thin-film panels.
